Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your FLOATTI purchase, you may return unused merchandisewithin 30 days of the original delivery date for refund. Please kindly note that shipping costs and anyimport and custom fees and taxes will be at the purchasers expense.
To return an item, you must first request a return authorization by emailing us at support@floatti.com toattain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Return Terms and Conditions:
– Your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Items must not have been worn,washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use.
– Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging and other accessories in the originalpackaging received with the order.
– To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
– In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, purchasers must follow the instructions in the‘Return Terms and Conditions’ and FLOATTI reserves the right to request photographic supportregarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for full reimbursement ofshipping and import fees.
– FLOATTI reserves the right to deny refunds for a returned item that does not comply with thispolicy. Returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the ‘Return Policy,’ themerchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order. If anunauthorized return is accepted, FLOATTI will deduct a 10% administrative/re-stocking fee fromthe refund.
